This Ad Tracking Report gives users an alternative way to identify ad sources used for specific job listings.
The ATS includes a standard report that allows users to view to which external job boards all job listings have been posted. This "Ad Tracking Report," available in the Standard Reports tab of the Reports dashboard, gives users an alternative way to identify ad sources used for specific job listings compared to clicking on the clipboard ad tracking icon next to each job listing in the Job Listings tab of the Jobs dashboard.

Use the filtering options to determine scope of search and the date range during which the jobs in question were pushed to the external boards.

NOTE: In addition to your Job Board Favs and Manual postings all the Automated Job Board Feed board options are included in this Ad Tracking Report - except Indeed. Therefore, at the bottom of the Ad Tracking Report the message stating "Note about Indeed.com: All jobs are pushed to Indeed.com automatically within 1 - 2 days of the start date of the job." is visible. The exception to this rule is that the automatic share to Indeed is turned off for certain client accounts who have elected not to push jobs automatically to Indeed.
