Users have the ability to create and edit Application Advancement Reasons and Application Disqualification Reasons within the Application Settings.
- Begin in the Settings area.
Click on Application Settings.
Application Advancement Reasons
- The first tab in the Application Settings area will provide an opportunity to adjust the Application Advancement Reasons. Application Advancement reasons are used when changing an application stage.
- The reasons listed under Selected Options will be available for selection when changing an application stage. The reasons listed under Available Options will not be available for use. Use Create New Option to add new reasons. Use the Add and Remove icons to modify the Selected Options list.
- Click SAVE OPTIONS to save changes to the setting.
Example of use of Application Advancement Reasons:
- Advancement Stage and Reason may be assigned to all applications submitted by the applicant for a specific location.
Application Disqualification Reasons
- The second tab in the Application Settings area will provide an opportunity to adjust the Application Disqualification Reasons. Application Disqualification Reasons are used when marking an application as disqualified.
- The reasons listed under Selected Options will be available for selection when marking an application as disqualified. The reasons listed under Available Options will not be available for use. Use Create New Option to add new reasons. Use the Add and Remove icons to modify the Selected Options list.
- Click SAVE OPTIONS to save changes to the setting.
Example of use of Application Disqualification Reasons:
- Disqualification Stage and Reason may be assigned to all applications submitted by the applicant for a specific location.
