      Archiving Application Questions

      Archiving application questions allows the user to remove questions from being visible in the library.

      As time passes certain questions may no longer be pertinent and therefore would be best removed from view. Likewise, questions within the library may need to be hidden from view to streamline the options available.

      1. To archive Application Questions find the Application Template tool in the Settings area.
      2. Click on Application Templates.
      3. Click Manage Application Questions.
      4. Locate the question to be archived by using the search.
      5. Click the Archive icon.

      6. The confirmation pop up will appear. Click Confirm to proceed with archiving the question.


        Unarchive Application Questions

        1. To unarchive Application Questions find the Application Templates tool in the Settings area.
        2. Click on Application Templates.
        3. Click Manage Application Questions.
        4. Locate the question to be archived by using the search including Only Archived or Include Archived.
        5. Click the Unarchive icon.
