      Archiving Interview Questions

      Archiving interview questions allows the user to remove questions from being visible in the library.

      As time passes certain questions may no longer be pertinent and therefore would be best removed from view. Likewise, questions within the library may need to be hidden from view to streamline the options available.

      1. To archive Interview Questions find the Interview Guides tool in the Settings area.
      2. Click on Interview Guides.
      3. Click Manage Interview Questions.
      4. Locate the question to be archived by using the search.
      5. Click the Archive icon.
      6. The confirmation pop up will appear. Click Confirm to proceed with archiving the question.

      Unarchive Interview Questions

      1. To unarchive Interview Questions find the Interview Guides tool in the Settings area.
      2. Click on Interview Guides.
      3. Click Manage Interview Questions.
      4. Locate the question to be archived by using the search including Only Archived or Include Archived.
      5. Click the Unarchive icon.
