Archiving Job Questions

Archiving job questions allows the user to remove questions from being visible in the library.

Job Questions are specific questions in a group that can be attached to certain jobs to help narrow the applicant pool. Job Questions are only answered by individuals who apply to the specific job to which the group has been assigned. As time passes certain questions may no longer be pertinent and therefore would be best removed from view. Likewise, questions within the library may need to be hidden from view to streamline the options available.

  1. To archive Job Questions find the Job Questions Groups tool in the Settings area.
  2. Click on Job Question Groups.
  3. Click Manage Job Questions.
  4. Locate the question to be archived by using the search.
  5. Click the Archive icon.
  6. The confirmation pop up will appear. Click Confirm to proceed with archiving the question.


    Unarchive Job Questions

    1. To unarchive Job Questions find the Job Questions Groups tool in the Settings area.
    2. Click on Job Question Groups.
    3. Click Manage Job Questions.
    4. Locate the question to be archived by using the search including Only Archived or Include Archived.
    5. Click the Unarchive icon.
