Assigning a Hiring Manager to a job is an optional field.
The advantages of assigning a Hiring Manager are to allow a user to more easily sort which jobs belong to whom, and to report on various Hiring Manager’s jobs.
To assign a Hiring Manager to a job, locate the job in the Job View by using the available filters.
- Click on the selected job title and open the Job Details, click into the HIRING TEAM tab. This area allows the addition of members of the hiring team to receive notification as applicants of the job progress through stages, as well as the assignment of a designated Hiring Manager.
- Click the Pencil icon to select the user to be assigned as the Hiring Manager for the job. Click ASSIGN.
