The ATS has an optional feature that will allow job listings to be assigned to one specific Administrator User.
This feature must be enabled for your ATS in order for your team to take advantage of the feature. Please contact support@exacthire.com to request the feature to be activated.Once the "Assign Jobs to Administrators" feature has been activated for your ATS, a new drop down menu will appear in the Job Listing form, found on the Job Listings tab of the Jobs Dashboard, allowing the job listing to be assigned to one Administrator User.
A new filter selection drop down box will also appear at the top of the Job Listings Tab of the Jobs Dashboard as well as the Applicants Dashboard to allow a user to filter to jobs assigned to a specific Administrator User.
