You may wish to attach additional files to an applicant's record in the ATS.
These may be files that came in after the applicant applied or additional documentation that your hiring team is collecting during the interview process. Some examples of such files might include offer letters, reference letters, transcripts, interview notes, thank you notes, etc.
To attach files to an applicant's record, navigate to the Notes & History tab of the applicant record. Scroll down to the Upload a File area and browse your computer for a file to upload.
NOTE: Files must be smaller than 2MB.
After you click the Upload Button your screen will refresh to display a link to the uploaded file for future reference. You may upload many files - each will display its own download link as indicated in the image below.
