Current Employer Field Within Application Employment History Section

In the Employment History section of your ATS employment application, a field exists which allows the applicant to select YES or NO to answer the question asking the applicant if that particular employer is the applicant’s current employer.

If you are interested in including this field within your employment application(s), please contact support@exacthire.com.  This is a change that must be made by the ExactHire Support Team.

WHAT IS DISPLAYED TO THE APPLICANT:

For clients who have the Dates Employed option in the Employment History section of the employment application set up with one field, this is how the field would be displayed.

For clients who have the Dates Employed option in the Employment History section of the employment application set up with two fields, this is how the field would be displayed.   We would also add this statement, shown below, to your existing Employment History section’s instructions:

Even if you are currently employed, please input a month and year in the Dates Employed fields below.

KEY INFORMATION FOR ALL CLIENTS

If you are subject to Affirmative Action Reporting and have questions about application changes and how that might affect your organization's compliance, please consult your company's legal team as ExactHire does not provide legal counsel.

Please note: Once the application has been updated in your ATS by our Client Success team, applications submitted prior to the application change will not have an answer to the "Is Current Employer?" question. Only applicants who apply after the change is made will be required to answer that question so some applicants may have an answer for that question while others may not.
