The ExactHire ATS has branding options available to ensure that the look and feel of the Career Site complements the design of the organization’s corporate website.
The illustration below will show the design options available.
- Logo
- A logo image is required and can be provided, or ExactHire can grab an image from the corporate website.
- Title/Tag Line (optional)
- A statement to grab interest or a title for the Career Site.
- Description (optional)
- The description can be customized with text, images, hyperlinks, etc.
- Specific font, font size, and hexadecimal color code can be designated.
- Redirect to Corporate Website (optional)
- If no redirect is desired, the text in the header bar will be removed.
- Google Map (optional add-on)
- Contact support@exacthire.com to add this optional premium feature.
- Geolocation (optional add-on)
- Contact support@exacthire.com to add this optional premium feature.
- Footer (optional)
- The Footer can be customized with text, images, hyperlinks, etc.
- Specific font, font size, and hexadecimal color can be designated.
- Colors
- Primary Color - The Primary Color is the predominant color used in the branding of the site. A specific hexadecimal color code can be designated.
- Secondary Color - The Secondary Color is the alternate color used in the branding of the site. A specific hexadecimal color code can be designated.
To view the Career Site’s details within the organization, begin in the Settings area by clicking on the cog icon.
Click on Career Sites.
The Career Sites view will provide information on the name and title of the Career Sites in the organization as well as a preview of the site description and logo. Use the copy and open icons to access the applicant facing page of the Career Site.
