Users sending a fair amount of correspondence to applicants may take advantage of the ability to add communication templates for consistency and to increase efficiency.
Users have the ability to edit Communication Templates to be used by the team.
- To edit a Communication Template begin in the Settings area.
- Click on Communication Templates.
- Users may preview the Communication Template by using PREVIEW.

- Users may set a Communication Template as the Thank You Email or Incomplete Application Reminder using the appropriate menu.
- To Edit the Communication Template click the More Options button and EDIT.
- To Delete the Communication Template click the More Options button and DELETE.
