Indeed Sponsored Options in the ExactHire ATS

The ExactHire ATS offers several options to add sponsorship to your Indeed job ad.

The ExactHire ATS shares all active jobs automatically to Indeed in the free (organic) category. Users may choose to add sponsorship to select positions at any time using one of the following options. 

Indeed Sponsored Job Ads

Indeed Sponsored Job Ad(s) may be requested on the PROMOTE tab of a job within the ExactHire ATS using the Sponsor On Indeed button.  If the Sponsor On Indeed button is not available on the PROMOTE tab please contact support@exacthire.com.

Create an Indeed Sponsorship Campaign

Once the Indeed Sponsored Job feature is active for the account, locate the job in the JOBS view by using the available filters. 

Click on the selected job title. The Job Details tab will open. Use the PROMOTE tab to access the various job ad promote features.

Please note: the job must be in an ACTIVE status in order to use the features on the PROMOTE tab.

Use Sponsor On Indeed to add Indeed Sponsorship budget to the job.

Enter the sponsorship details for Start Date, End Date, and Budget.

Indeed Sponsored Ad using JobTarget

Indeed Sponsored Job Ad using JobTarget may be requested on the PROMOTE tab of a job within the ExactHire ATS using the Create New Job Board Ad with JobTarget button. The Marketplace iFrame will pop up allowing selections to be made.

Select the Indeed option and Add to Cart.

Access the Cart and submit credit card information to provide payment for the ad.

Once the active job is available on Indeed, posted by the automated share to the free (organic) category, a user may work with Indeed directly to add specific sponsorship using one of the following.

1. Log into the corporate Indeed account and manually add the sponsorship budget. Users will find the job ad created by the ExactHire ATS in the job ad queue in the Indeed account. Select the sponsorship options within the Indeed tools.
2. Contact Indeed directly and request sponsorship be added to the job ad. Users may contact their individual Indeed Rep directly or general Indeed Support to provide payment information and select sponsorship options.
