JobElephant - Recruitment Advertising

JobElephant is a job distribution network integrated within the ExactHire ATS. Post your open jobs to dozens of niche, diversity, and industry-specific publications.

When you post a job through JobElephant, ExactHire distributes the job to the job boards you select. Applicants apply directly on your ExactHire career site.

Applicants sourced through JobElephant are tagged automatically. You can see which ad referred each applicant, and ExactHire sends stage updates and EEO data back to JobElephant for distribution analytics. Full billing history and per-publication analytics live in your JobElephant dashboard.

Before your team can use JobElephant, your ExactHire account team needs to complete a one-time setup. Here's what that looks like:

  1. JobElephant issues an API key and Client ID for your organization. This information must be provided to ExactHire to set up the integration.
  2. Once setup is confirmed, the JobElephant section will appear on the Promote tab of every active job.
