Make Application Question Answers Confidential

Often applications will have various questions that should be viewed only by a Human Resources staff member rather than a Hiring Manager.

​These questions and answers are typically sensitive in nature (i.e. convictions, etc.). ATS applications can now take direction on which standard application questions are viewed by only Admins of the system. NOTE: This feature is not available in the screening questions group area of the Jobs dashboard.
If there are questions on your application(s) that you would like to make viewable to Administrators only, please email support@exacthire.com identifying which question you would like to make viewable to only Admins and on which application you are referencing (External, Internal, etc.).
