Managers: Why Can't I See a Particular Job or Applicant?

Managers are restricted Users who have access to a specific business unit/department (or group of business units/departments) as assigned by your organization's ATS site Administrator.

With your Manager access in the ATS, you have the ability to help streamline the hiring process for your organization.  Managers are restricted Users who have access to a specific business unit/department (or group of business units/departments) as assigned by your organization's ATS site Administrator. There are three types of Managers:  Posting Managers, Non-Posting Managers and Viewing Managers:

  • Posting Manager - This restricted user has the ability to view applicants, change status codes, archive applicants, spotlight applicants to other users, optionally add notes to applicant records, AND post jobs.
  • Non-Posting Manager - This restricted user has the ability to view applicants, change status codes, archive applicants, spotlight applicants to other users, and optionally add notes to applicant records. This user cannot post jobs.
  • Viewing Manager - This restricted user has the ability to view applicants and may optionally add notes if designated. This user cannot post jobs, change status codes or archive/spotlight applicants.

If you, as a Manager, cannot view a particular job listing or applicant/group of applicants after you are signed into the ATS, you will need to check with your ATS site Administrator to determine if you have been granted access to the business unit/department that the particular job listing and its applicants are assigned. It is at the discretion of your organization's Administrator(s) as to what business unit(s)/department(s) each Manager is granted access so your ATS Administrator is the individual to contact regarding any changes you seek regarding your ability to access specific business unit(s)/department(s).
