Users have the ability to send email communication to multiple applicants within the APPLICATIONS view.
- In the APPLICATIONS view, use the filter options to gather the group of applicants who should receive the communication, or simply scroll through the list.
- Check the box to the left of the applicant(s) name to indicate they should receive the email communication.
- Click the Email button.
- Users may create a unique message or use a previously created Communication Template by clicking the + icon in the lower right.
- After creating a message or selecting a Communication Template, click Send Email. A confirmation will appear on screen. Click Confirm to send the email(s) to the selected applicants.
- The mass email feature does not create a group email message with applicants as CC or BC recipients. This feature will send an individual email message to the applicant from the user.
Please note that mass emails will be sent every 5 minutes.

The mass email messages will be tracked chronologically in both the Activity and Messages tab of the Application Details.
Applicants will have the ability to respond to the user directly by replying to the email they received. Responses from the applicant will be tracked chronologically in both the Activity and Messages tab of the Application Details as well as received in the users email account.
