The My Work area will serve as a hub within the ExactHire ATS allowing quick access to the tasks that a user needs to complete each day.
Users who have access to My Work will continue to receive messages via email and notification when a new or updated task is available.
The red number indicator within the My Work navigation tab will show the number of tasks that are either due or overdue on that day.
Unviewed tasks are highlighted with a light background and darker text. Once a task has been viewed and moved to in progress or completed the background will be darker and the text lighter.
Some tasks may be grouped. Click the grouped task to expand to view the individual tasks within the group.
Completing Tasks
The process for completing a task most often begins with clicking on the desired task. The user will then be directed to the appropriate record for the task.
To see basic information about a task click the information button.
After clicking a task the user will be directed to the task. The action bar will contain the task name/title, due date, information button, and supplemental interfaces for actions like marking the task completed, moving to another task, saving the in-progress task data, viewing additional or external information related to the task, etc. If the user has more than one task, a task queue will be utilized to allow the user to proceed to the next task.
Auto Complete
Certain tasks will automatically complete upon viewing the relevant information or record for that task. These tasks are review type tasks that do not require additional action. Examples are New Application, New Message, etc.
Quick Complete
Certain simple tasks will provide a quick complete option directly in the My Work task list. A green checkmark button will appear if the task allows for quick completion.
If a task group is composed entirely of tasks that allow quick completion use the green double checkmark button to quickly complete the entire group.
