Add Group Tasks

This feature allows you to assign one or more documents/forms/tasks to some or all of your users within the platform.

Once you’ve selected this option, you’ll first indicate which group of users should receive the item(s) being assigned.  This is illustrated in the image below and is identical to the options available in the “Work With” > “Export Virtual Folder” area:



The final step is to determine which item(s) you’d like to have completed by your designated group of users.  Once selected click the the Add Tasks button on the lower right.
