OnboardCentric has been updated to collect the EEO information during the initial user profile collection.
The updated process allows for the collection of this information onto a form without duplicate work for your employee & allows you to export the data using the data export feature.
When your new hire is activating their account they will be prompted to answer their gender (MALE or FEMALE) and ethnicity (see options below) for the EEO form:
