Documents, within the Collections area of OnboardCentric, are restricted to an upload size of 8 MB or less per document.
To navigate to this area as an Admin, click Work With > Collections > Documents. In this area you will be given an opportunity to upload your corresponding document.
Due to the 8 MB limit per document, if you have a document that is larger we recommend storing that data on your company’s server or via a document retention site such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. that offers access via a URL. Once the data is stored in an accessible location, you can create a task by navigating to Work With > Collections > Tasks and entering the URL in this area.
