Foreign Student with a Foreign Passport, I-94, and a form I-20

When countersigning the I-9, make the selection for LIST A and choose the 5th option listed on the possible documents used to prove identification.

 

E-Verify does not require the form I-20 information be completed on the I9 and we do not forward this data to the E-Verify platform. This information can be viewed on the E-Verify website: https://www.e-verify.gov/faq/studentsuniversitiesinterns/what-is-the-connection-between-the-i-20-and-form-i-9-specifically  However, OnboardCentric does allow the optional entry of I-20 information to the I9 in the case that a foreign passport and I-94 are used for identification purposes.
