NYC / NY State Sexual Harassment Requirements

New York state has mandated that as of October 9, 2019 that employees complete an interactive training on sexual harassment.

To meet the requirements set forth by the state, New York City has created an online training that is compliant for the whole state. Using that training program, ExactHire has created a standard form that is available for you to use in OnboardCentric. The form is named NY/ NYC Sexual Harassment Training. If you need to add this to your new hire paperwork, please contact support to create an UPLOAD task to collect the PDF of the 'Certificate of Completion'.
