Reassign a Task

Administrative Users in OnboardCentric have the ability to reassign tasks to other users, including themselves.

Select the Work With menu, then the Users option.

Search for the User who is assigned the unneeded task by utilizing the search bar. By default, this search will find active users by their last name. The search can be adjusted by using the search option button and selecting different search criteria.


Once you have found the User, highlight the task to be reassigned on the Task tab on the right side of the page. Click the REASSIGN button.

Select the name of the user who should now receive the task from the drop down menu and click Reassign. 


A confirmation notice will appear in the lower right corner of your page and the task will be assigned  to the new user’s incomplete task list.
