Administrative Users in the OnboardCentric tool have the ability to send the Reset Password email to users who need assistance in resetting their password.
Select the Work With menu > Users.
Search for the User who needs assistance resetting their password. By default, this search will find active users by their last name. This can be adjusted by using the search option button and selecting different search criteria.
Once you have found the User click the RESET PASSWORD button along the bottom. An email will be sent to the user prompting them to update their password.
NOTE: If the user has never accessed the system before you may use the RESEND INVITATION button to resend the original welcome email invitation to the system.
Users may also trigger the reset password process on their own by using the Forgot Password link on the login page.
