Predictive Index 2 (PI) Assessment Integration

Assessments utilizing Predictive Index 2 are available as an integration with the ExactHire ATS. If you are interested in adding this feature, please contact support@exacthire.com. ExactHire will connect you with the appropriate Predictive Index representative.

Overview

Predictive Index 2 (PI) Assessment integration can be set up in one of two ways: API or Open Invitation. 

  1. API offers the ability to fully integrate PI and ExactHire, from sending an assessment invitation to viewing results directly in the ExactHire ATS. 
  2. Open Invitation is a simpler solution. The assessment link can be added to any job or communication template. Assessment results will be viewed in the PI account. 

If you are unsure of your PI account set up, a PI representative will be able to provide details and/or you may connect your PI representative with the Client Success Team at ExactHire. 


API Set up

Organizations using the API version of Predictive Index 2 will need to have the integration created by the ExactHire Client Success team within the ExactHire ATS platform. Contact support@exacthire.com to request the addition of the integration. ExactHire will need the Predictive Index 2 API Access Key which can be obtained from your PI representative to complete the set up. Once activated, the Predictive Index 2 setting will be available on the Integrations tab of the Job.

  • Select On or Off for the auto-send setting in regards to the assessment invitation for the specific job. 
  • Select the corresponding Predictive Index 2 Job Title.
  • Click SAVE.  


API Auto-Send Options

When the auto-send is On, all applicants for the job will automatically be sent an invitation to complete the Predictive Index 2 assessment at the submission of their application. This invitation is provided to the applicant in three places: 

  • on the Thank You page of the application
  • in the Thank You message from the ExactHire ATS
  • in a direct email from Predictive Index

When the auto-send is Off, applicants for the job will not receive an automatic invitation to complete the Predictive Index assessment. In this instance, applicants may be invited individually within the Predictive Index (API) tab in the Application Details. 

  • Open the Predictive Index (API) tab of the Application Details.
  • Click Send Assessment.


API Predictive Index 2 Results

When the applicant has completed the assessment, using the API process, the results will be found within the Predictive Index (API) tab in the Application Details.


Open Invitation

Organizations using the Open Invitation version of Predictive Index 2 will need to have the integration created by the ExactHire Client Success team within the ExactHire platform. Contact support@exacthire.com to request the addition of the integration.


Open Invitation Send Options

To invite all applicants of a particular job to complete the PI assessment at the completion of the application, copy and paste the PI Assessment link from the PI Dashboard into the job integrations area of the job within the ExactHire ATS.

To invite only specific applicants to complete the Open Invitation PI assessment rather than all applicants, a Communication Template will be used. (No integration is needed.) 


Open Invitation Predictive Index 2 Results

When the applicant has completed the assessment, using the Open Invitation process, the results will be found within the Predictive Index 2 account.
