Assessments through Predictive Index are available as an integration with the ExactHire ATS.

Overview
Predictive Index (PI) Assessment integration can be set up in one of two ways: API or Open Invitation. API offers the ability to fully integrate PI and ExactHire, from sending an assessment invitation to viewing results directly in ExactHire. Open Invitation is a simpler solution. The assessment link can be added to any job or communication template. Assessment results will be viewed in the PI account. If you are unsure of your PI account set up, a PI representative will be able to provide details and/or you may connect your PI representative with the Client Services Team at ExactHire.
API Set up
Organizations using the API version of Predictive Index will need to have the integration created by the ExactHire Client Services team within the ExactHire platform. Contact support@exacthire.com to request the addition of the integration and to provide the Predictive Index API Key critical to completing the set up. Once activated, the Predictive Index setting will be available on the Integrations tab of the Job.
Select On or Off for the auto-send setting in regards to the assessment invitation for the specific job. Click SAVE.
API Auto-Send Options
When the auto-send is On, all applicants for the job will be automatically sent an invitation to complete the Predictive Index assessment at the completion of their application. This invitation an applicant would see will be visible in three places:
- on the Thank You page of the application
- in the Thank You email from the ExactHire ATS
- in a direct email from Predictive Index
When the auto-send is Off, applicants for the job will not receive an automatic invitation to complete the Predictive Index assessment. In this instance, applicants may be invited individually within the Predictive Index (API) job in the Application Details. Click Send Assessment.
API Results
When the applicant has completed the assessment, using the API process, the results will be found within the Integrations tab in the Application Details.
Open Invitation
Organizations using the Open Invitation Invite All Applicants version of Predictive Index will need to have the integration created by the ExactHire Client Services team within the ExactHire platform. Contact support@exacthire.com to request the addition of the integration, and provide the Predictive Index Assessment URL critical to complete set up. Using the Open Invitation option without inviting all applicants does not require the integration to be created, but rather a communication template containing the Assessment URL.
To invite all applicants to complete the PI at the completion of the application contact support@exacthire.com to request the addition of the integration and to provide Client Services with the assessment link. The assessment invitation will be sent to all applicants of all jobs.
A custom assessment link can be used to override the default assessment link on the Integration tab of the job.
