The user may need to see a preview of the job, prior to the job listing in Active status, for approval or other purposes.
When it is time to fill a position within the organization, users will create a new job.
- Access the Preview feature on the PROMOTE Tab for any job.
Click the Preview icon. The preview of the job information will open in a new window. The custom URL may be shared with others for preview of the job information. The Apply Now button will not be available for use in this view. The See More Jobs button will take the viewer to the active jobs list.
Please note: Only jobs set as Active status are visible in the active job list for applicants. Jobs in all other statuses may be visible in the preview only.
