Printing Applications (Print Summary)

The ExactHire ATS provides a tool to easily print the applications as well as customize the information printed.

In the APPLICATIONS view, select the desired applicant to access the Applicant Details.

Select to print ALL sections of the Application Detail or make individual/multiple selections from the available section options.
- Please note: Sections available for individual section print are dependent upon the Application Template, and can possibly vary from one applicant to another based on the Application Template was tied to that particular job posting.

The ExactHire ATS offers an organized paperless method for collecting employment applications. However, there might be a rare occurrence where the need exists to print a paper copy of an application submitted by an individual.
