The Job Question Groups and Application Template Question tools allow the user to create and edit custom questions, while also including response scoring and/or automatic disqualification. Use one or both options when creating custom multiple choice questions.
Create a custom scoring system that allows for quick retrieval of well qualified applicants. Enter the associated score in the score column next to each answer option on a per question basis. An overall score will be calculated based on all of the questions answered which contained a scoring value. Example: Applicants scoring an overall point value of 25 are well qualified for the role.
Allow the ATS to automatically disqualify an applicant based on a specific response(s) by ticking the Disqualify? check box next to the answer option that should disqualify the candidate on a per question basis.
