Do you manually post to job boards outside of the ATS or on Social Media? Do you want to provide a direct job link in those posts that will lead applicants back to your ATS to apply and also track source information?
Using the Generate a Direct Job Link tool can help you with both.You will find this feature available on the on the Job Board Push page for each Job Listing. Find the Job Board Push page for a Job Listing on the Job Listing tab of the JOBS Dashboard. Click the megaphone icon to open the Job Board Push page.
Scroll to the bottom of the Job Board Push page to find the Generate a Direct Job Link area.
Select the source for your post from the drop down menu and click GENERATE. Note: If you do not find the source you need on the list go to SETTINGS Dashboard, Ad Source tab, and add the new source to your list using the plus icon. (Administrators only) Then come back to the Job Board Push page to generate the direct job link for the new source.
Copy and paste the provided URL into the job posting that you have manually created on a job board or in the social media post. Applicants will see the URL in the job postings and will be able to click the link to return to the ATS to apply for the job. Source tracking will be updated automatically based on this URL.
NOTE: These direct job links are specific the job listing for which you have accessed the Job Board Push page and the source selected. Generate a new direct job link for each source and each job listing. It is not necessary to use this tool for any job postings pushed through the ATS in the Automated Job Board Feeds or Additional Job Board Push areas of the Job Board Push page. The direct job link is automatically provided or embedded in these posts.
