Using the Various Types of Source Reports

There are three different types of Source reports you can run through the Reports Dashboard and each of those three will be discussed in this tip sheet.

One of the many perks of the ATS is that it offers you a variety of easy to access reports, all of which are within a quick click.  There are three different types of Source reports you can run through the Reports Dashboard and each of those three will be discussed in this tip sheet.  The Source Names listed in the results of these reports use the Ad Sources that you specified in the Ad Sources tab of your portal.  To get to the list of available reports, click on the Reports Dashboard icon in the top right corner of your window. A list of reports will be displayed as shown in the image below.


The first report, "Sources", will provide you with a report of all the applicants and the sources from where they came.  You can filter your results by using filter options A - C.  If you use one or more filters, A - C, click "Filter" after you have made your selection(s).

A.  Select "All Jobs" or specific job(s) in which you want to acquire Source information.  To select various jobs, click Ctrl + C.  
B.  Select "All Statuses" or specific status(es).  To select various statuses, click Ctrl + C.
C.  Select the date range you prefer.

The results are shown in the chart in the bottom left corner as in the example below.  The results are divided into "Active" and "Archived" and "Qualified" and "Disqualified".  

1.  Archived means that the applicant(s) have been removed from the User's Active view.  
2.  Qualified means that the applicant met the basic qualifications established after using Scoring and/or Disqualification filters while Disqualified means the applicant did not meet those established basic qualifications. 

This report can also be exported to a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file that can be used in Excel or related spreadsheet software.  (See yellow highlight.)


The second report, "Sources By Status", will provide you with a report of all the applicants sorted by the current status in which they are in. You can filter your results by using filter options A - E.  If you use one or more filters, A - E, click "Filter" after you have made your selection(s).

A.  Select "All Jobs" or specific job(s) in which you want to acquire Source information.  To select various jobs, click Ctrl + C.  
B.  Select the date range you prefer.
C.  Select whether you want Active applicants, Archived applicants, or Both.  Archived means that the applicant(s) have been removed from the User's Active view. 
D.  Select whether you want applicants who were Qualified, Disqualified, or Both.  Qualified means that the applicant met the basic qualifications established after using Scoring and/or Disqualification filters while Disqualified means the applicant did not meet those established basic qualifications.
E.   Input a specific number (score) that you would like your results to include candidates Above or Below  after using Scoring and/or Disqualification filters.

The third report, "Sources By Status Group" will provide you with a report of all the applicants sorted by the current application group status they are in.  You can filter your results by using filter options A - E.  If you use one or more filters, A - E, click "Filter" after you have made your selection(s).
