View Answers to Job Screening Questions in HireCentric

You can view the applicants' answers to Job Specific Screening Questions in multiple ways.

Using Job Specific Screening Questions is a great way to screen your applicants to help identify the most qualified when you seek to fill a vacancy.

Using the APPLICANTS dashboard

Using the APPLICANTS dashboard, click the magnifying glass to the left of the Job Listing in which you want to view the answers.  If the Job Listing you desire is not displayed, click the arrow on the drop down box, Filter By, and select the Job Listing you seek.  (See image below.)

You can also filter the Job Listings displayed using these filters:

A.  Job Title/Internal ID:  This field allows you to sort by Job Title or Internal ID (if assigned an Internal ID).
B.  Department:  This field allows you to sort by the Business Units in your ATS portal.
C.  Assigned To:  This field allows you to sort by the ATS User who has been assigned a particular Job Listing(s).
D.  Active:  This field allows you to sort by ActiveArchived or Both.  Archived means that the Job Listing(s) has been removed from the ATS User's Active view.
E.  Date Range:  This field allows you to sort by Job Listings posted in these ranges:  Today, Yesterday, Past 7 Days, Past 30 Days, and Past Year.

*Please note:  After using any of the filters, A - E, click Go to update your results.

Next, click on the Jobs Questions tab.

(See image below.)  Once you have clicked on the Job Questions tab (1), select the question(s) in which you want to see the applicants' responses (2) by clicking the box(es) to the left of the question(s), and (3) click Refresh.  The applicants' responses are displayed to the right of the applicants' statuses (4).

There are also the following ways to filter the number of applicants:

A.  Status:  This field allows you to sort applicants by current application status.
B.  Active:  This field allows you to sort by ActiveArchived or Both.  Archived means that the applicant(s) have been removed from the ATS User's Active view.
C.  Date Range:  This field allows you to sort applicants by the date range of submitted applications.  The date ranges available are:  Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 120 Days or All.
D.  Met BQ:  This field allows you to sort applicants by those who did and did not meet basic qualifications established after using Scoring and/or Disqualification filters.
E.  Job Question Score Above:  This field allows you to input a baseline score from which all applicants displayed meet or exceed after using Scoring and/or Disqualification filters.
F.  Sort By:  (Date is shown in image above.)  This field allows you to sort by Date, Last Name, Status, or Job Question Score.

*Please note:  After using any of the filters, A - F, click Refresh to update your results.
